Description
Antique Figural late Victorian Era continental, most likely German, hand-painted bisque porcelain figural table bowl most likely for fruit, depicting a boy calling out next to his boat. The boat features grape and vine motifs, including clusters of blue grapes and green leaves, while the base is adorned with ornate scrollwork and wave-like designs in light blue. The piece is painted predominately in pastel colors, typical for the period. Impressed marks on underside. Circa late 19th/early 20th century. 10″ (H).
