Antique Pressed Toy Glass Bowl & Mug
Description
Two-piece collection of antique American pressed glassware, including a miniature ribbed footed bowl and a barrel-themed mug. The footed bowl features vertical ribbing and a delicate scalloped rim on a pedestal base, consistent with late-Victorian or Edwardian ‘toy’ glass. The barrel-shaped mug, molded in the shape of a hooped barrel with an applied handle, is a popular 19th-century figural novelty, likely used as a toothpick holder or whiskey taster.
