Paul Feldhaus (CALF, 1926–2005) Bayou Watercolor
Description
Paul Anthony Feldhaus (American, 1926–2005), watercolor painting, depicting a bayou scene in Coden Alabama, signed and identified lower right, circa 1950s / 1960s, in a wood and gilt frame measuring 19-3/4″ x 25-3/4″. Feldhouse was born in Ohio, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Miami University in Oxford Ohio, was a long-time faculty member at California State University at Chico, and was associated with Northern California and specifically the Chico art community for more than 50 years.
