Our client has asked Epic to assist in offering the contents of the home at auction to prepare the home for sale. AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Limited shipping for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION on Saturday, May 18. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups are not permitted. Please do not block neighboring driveways at pickup!

ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THAT DAY ONLY.  The home MUST be empty that day. Any items not picked up will result in a $50 no-show fee PLUS the cost of labor to remove and haul your items plus any disposal fees. No exceptions. If you win, you are expected to pick up your items THAT DAY and we MUST have the home empty that day.

Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. There is no sales tax for this auction. Some items may be in the basement.

AUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
