West Lansing Online Estate Auction featuring 450 lots of jewelry, ladies clothing, home goods, a nice LG washer/dryer set, bicycle, kitchenware, and more! Pickup is only on Saturday, October 25 at the condo on the west side of Lansing near Creyts and W Michigan Ave. LIMITED shipping for small items that will fit in an 18″ square box or smaller. The condo MUST be emptied that day.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: LIMITED SHIPPING on items 18″ or smaller is available for this auction.

Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We keep all of our 1/2 boxes and cardboard trays to reuse for future auctions. Please bring your own help to move and carry large items. We do not have staff available to lift heavy items. Some furniture items are located in the basement. You will need to bring help to carry heavy items.

AUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. NO MICHIGAN SALES TAX for this auction.  All invoices will be charged to the credit card you used to register for the auction at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup for this auction. Owners, trustees, and estate auction firm are not responsible for accidents or items once sold.
