Epic Auctions is delighted to bring you a collection of antiques, books, record albums, prints and ephemera spanning the 18th-21st centuries. We are thrilled to be offering a rare second edition of “A Journey Through Albania and Other Provinces of Turkey in Europe and Asia” By J. C. Hobhouse. We have many first editions and rare books in a wide array of genres – from Penrod by Booth Tarkington to Hermann And Dorothea by Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe. Interior design and art lovers, as well as anglophiles will find many fine printed books of interest. We are offering a large private estate collection of science fiction in several media types. AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: SHIPPING available on most items for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION will be on SATURDAY after the auction in Leslie by appointment only.
Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We keep all of our 1/2 boxes and cardboard trays to reuse for future auctions. Please bring your own help to move and carry large items. We do not have staff available to lift heavy items.
AUCTION TERMS: A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. 6% Michigan Sales tax charged to all Michigan bidders. If you are tax exempt, you must send us a completed Michigan Form 3372 BEFORE the auction to be exempt from Michigan Sales Tax. All invoices will be charged to the credit card you used to register for the auction at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
