AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Limited shipping for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION on Saturday, May 17. BUYERS must sign up for a pickup appointment. Unscheduled pickups are not permitted. Please do not block neighboring driveways at pickup!
ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THAT DAY ONLY. The home MUST be empty that day. Any items not picked up will result in a $50 no-show fee PLUS the cost of labor to remove and haul your items plus any disposal fees. No exceptions. If you win, you are expected to pick up your items THAT DAY.
