AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: SHIPPING for small items is available for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION on Saturday, Nov 28. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups will not be permitted due to the current Covid restrictions. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THAT DAY ONLY.  The home MUST be empty that day as the new owners take possession!. Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We charge $1 per box if you need boxes.

AUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
