MICHIGAN FIREARM PURCHASE LAWS
If you buy a handgun and do not have a Michigan CPL, you must go to a local law enforcement agency to obtain a License to Purchase (LTP) which is a Form RI-010 for each handgun you purchase.
If you have a current Michigan CPL, you will still fill out a Form 4473, but we will NOT need to run a NICS background check.
$20 paperwork fee will apply to each background check. Please bring cash $.
Epic Auctions and Estate Sales, LLC is a licensed FFL dealer.
– All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473.
– NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL firearms unless you have a current Michigan CPL or FFL.
– If you do not have a Michigan CPL and bring us a RI-010 “License to Purchase”, we will still run a full NICS background check.
– Trigger locks will be available.
– All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do not guarantee the make, model, caliber, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun.
– Reloaded ammunition is sold as buyer beware. Buyer assumes ALL responsibility for the purchase and use of ALL ammunition.
– Tax exempt Michigan buyers must provide us with Michigan Sales Tax Form 3372 prior to the auction.
AUCTION TERMS: 20% buyer’s premium for HiBid bidders and absentee bidders. All online purchases will be charged to your credit card on file at the end of the auction. No payments at pickup. Online Pickup will be MONDAY and TUESDAY August 18 & 19 in LESLIE, MI 49251.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:Online purchases can NOT be picked up until Monday or Tuesday after the auction. Online signup link will be provided along with your paid invoice within 24 hours after the auction. Pickup time slots are on a first come, first served basis.
