This auction features a great assortment of good useful items primarily from one very clean condo in East Lansing. Plenty of very nice furniture and household items we are selling for some very nice folks who made a move to a warmer location!

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: SHIPPING on items 18″ or smaller is available for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION will be on FRIDAY, April 15. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups are NOT PERMITTED.
Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We charge $1 per box if you need boxes. You must bring your own help to move and carry large items. We do not have staff available to lift heavy items.
AUCTION TERMS: A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
