Fitz & Floyd Tropical Jungle / Exotic Birds Series ceramic parrot figure. Hand-painted high-gloss ceramic with vibrant cobalt blue wings, emerald green crest, and pale yellow/cream underbelly. Perched on a realistic, textured tree-stump base with sculpted green leaves. Vintage production from the late 1970s to early 1980s. CONDITION: .
