1964 Detroit Institute of Arts Alva Museum Replicas Donkey Sculpture
Description
Alva Museum Replicas resin sculpture with a bronze finish of a donkey standing on a rectangular wooden base. The sculpture is a 1964 reproduction of “Arty the Donkey” by Renée Sintenis, created from the original held at the Detroit Institute of Arts. The textured surface of the donkey captures detailed fur features, and the base bears a stamped mark reading “©1964 AMR”. A label on the underside confirms its authenticity and provenance. Sculpture stands approx. 11″ tall and has a 6-1/2″ long base. CONDITION: Wood base shows minor signs of use. No visible damage or wear observed on the sculpture. SHIPPING: In-House Shipping Available
