Description
Italian Murano glass vase, ovoid squat form with a tapered neck and applied vertical ribs, circa 1960s, 6-1/4″ (H). The vase is executed in a frosted yellow/white/cased colorless glass, with a “Scavo” etched finish to resemble a piece of excavated ancient glass. Provenance: Private collection (Birmingham, Michigan). CONDITION: No visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Surface shows consistent frosted texture with no significant wear.
