Stevens 5100 SxS 12ga 30" Barrel Incomplete
Description
Stevens Model 5100 side-by-side shotgun, 12-gauge, 30-inch barrels, marked with ‘Proof Tested 12 Gauge – 2-3/4 Inch Chamber’ and ‘Selected Forged Steel’ on the barrels. The receiver is marked ‘Stevens Savage Arms Corporation Chicopee Falls, Mass. U.S.A.’ and features ’17A’ on the bottom. One forearm remains attached to the firearm, but the buttstock is missing. Receiver exhibits faded case coloring, and the barrels retain portions of their blued finish, although rust and green corrosion are evident across multiple areas of the firearm.
CONDITION: Overall, the firearm shows significant wear and damage. There is noticeable rust and green corrosion throughout, particularly on the exposed metal parts and the action. The blued finish on the barrels shows heavy wear, with scratches and scattered areas of visible corrosion. The forearm appears intact but shows scratches, dings, and some wear consistent with age and use. The absence of the buttstock renders this firearm incomplete.
