JC Higgins 103.18 .22 Cal Bolt-Action Rifle
Description
JC Higgins Model 103.18 bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 caliber, compatible with .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle ammunition. Features a 22-inch round barrel with a blued finish, a plain wood stock, and simple open sights. The rifle is marked on the barrel with the model and caliber information, along with the Sears Roebuck & Co. brand. The rifle does not currently include a trigger guard.
CONDITION: The rifle shows moderate handling wear commensurate with its age and use. The wood stock displays scattered scratches, dings, and wear to the finish, particularly around the edges and butt. The metal components retain a good amount of their original blued finish, though some areas show light surface wear and minor oxidation. The bore is mostly bright, and the rifling appears crisp. The action cycles tightly. The trigger guard is missing.
