Fish Decor & Vintage Fishing Reels Lot
Description
Eclectic lot featuring a vintage fish-themed decor and two fishing reels. The decor consists of a framed wooden sign with hand-painted lettering reading ‘Selling Trading Decoys’ in yellow and red accents against a white background, measuring approximately 18 inches in width. Accompanying this is a molded fish sculpture with a painted surface, depicting a bluegill fish mounted on a base with ‘Wet A-Line’ lettering. Also included are two vintage fishing reels: a silver-toned baitcasting reel and a green-colored spinning reel, both exhibiting classic mid-century craftsmanship.
CONDITION: The framed wooden sign shows moderate wear consistent with age, including slight surface discoloration and minor edge chipping. The fish sculpture displays some paint wear and scuffing, particularly along its base, with minor surface irregularities. The reels exhibit notable signs of use, including tarnishing, surface scratches, and moderate mechanical wear. Functionality and completeness of the reels have not been tested or verified.
