Description

Model 1933 SS officer’s dagger featuring the etched motto “Meine Ehre heißt Treue” (“My Honor is Loyalty”) on a polished steel blade. Fitted with nickel-silver crossguards, black hardwood grip with inset eagle and enameled SS roundel. Complete with black anodized scabbard bearing nickel fittings and the correct chained hanger with SS rune and skull links, marked with the intertwined “RZM / M7/36” style maker’s emblem. Blade measures 8¾ inches, overall length 14¾ inches.
CONDITION: Blade retains clear motto etch and most factory polish with scattered gray spotting and light surface wear. Grip shows honest age patina with minor handling marks. Nickel fittings display moderate toning and edge wear. Scabbard finish shows thinning and speckling consistent with age; chain hanger exhibits light tarnish.
