Description

Miniature version of the U.S. Model 1902 Army Officer’s dress sword featuring a bright, double-edged blade with central fuller and brass guard and pommel decorated with star motif. The grip is imitation pearl with inset brass geometric band. Includes nickel-plated scabbard with gilt brass mounts depicting an American eagle and the U.S. Capitol dome, and retains its original gilt chain hanger. Blade measures 9¼ inches, overall length 13½ inches.
CONDITION: Blade retains bright original polish with only minor scattered surface marks. Brass fittings exhibit light age patina. Grip remains clean and intact with minor handling wear. Scabbard plating bright with light surface scuffs. Overall an excellent example of a miniature Army officer’s dress sword.
