German WWII Era M35 Double Decal Helmet
Description
German WWII M35 pattern steel helmet with both decals present—one displaying the German national emblem and the other the SS insignia shield. Features separate pressed-in vent bushings identifying the M35 shell configuration. Finished in black paint, likely a later or reissued finish. Retains its full leather liner and chin strap. The liner shows moderate age-related wear and oxidation to the interior rim consistent with storage.
CONDITION: The helmet presents well overall with honest handling wear and scattered finish loss. Both decals remain legible, exhibiting age toning and surface abrasions. Leather liner is complete with expected dryness from age, and the chin strap remains attached with intact buckle.
