Description

Portuguese M940 steel combat helmet patterned after the German M35 design and used through the mid-20th century. Retains green paint finish with light handling wear and surface marks. Complete with leather liner and chin strap. The interior features the correct three-pad liner system secured by rivets, and the shell displays proper contour and vent hole placement for this model.
CONDITION: Helmet remains in good overall condition with moderate scuffs and small areas of finish loss consistent with age and service use. Leather liner shows darkening and edge wear but remains intact. Chin strap complete and functional.
