Allen & Thurber Model 1837 .31 caliber percussion pepperbox revolver, six-shot with 4-inch barrel cluster, matching serial number 453. Octagonal barrels marked “ALLEN & THURBER WORCESTER.” Features engraved frame and hammer with floral scrollwork and smooth walnut grips.
CONDITION: Displays even age patina throughout with moderate surface oxidation and finish wear consistent with its age. Engraving remains visible, and all markings are legible.
