Tested 18K gold; hand-carved sardonyx shell cameo of Roman warrior. Rectangular locket-back with matching bezel insert.

Internal marks: IIXX or XXII and AV (Arezzo).

Dimensions: 1 3/8 in. x 7/8 in.
Weight: 5.8 grams

Condition: Excellent, minor wear. Locket bezel functional.
