So\, whatever your taste\, wherever your home oasis is from the barn to the basement rec room\, you’ll find the art\, furniture\, jewelry\, books\, tackle and tack in this year’s Man Cave auction to make it your own!\n\nAUCTIONEER’S NOTE: SHIPPING on items 18″ or smaller is available for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION will be on FRIDAY and SATURDAY\, May 26 & 27 in Leslie by appointment only. We use an online pickup scheduling system so we can serve all our customers in a timely manner. Please arrive at your scheduled time. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups are NOT PERMITTED.\nYou must bring your own boxes\, packing material\, tools\, and labor. We keep all of our 1/2 boxes and cardboard trays to reuse in future auctions. Bring your own boxes and totes! You must bring your own help to move and carry large items. We do not have staff available to lift heavy items.\nAUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. 6% Michigan Sales tax charged to all Michigan bidders.
