DESCRIPTION:Epic Military\, Antique\, Modern Gun and Ammunition VIRTUAL Auction\nVirtual Auction:\n10 AM – Saturday\, April 22 (All bidding will be online.)\nIn-Person Preview: \nLeslie Event Center\, 169 S Main St\, Leslie\, MI 49251\nThursday April 20: 12pm to 6pm   &   Friday April 21: 9am to 1pm \nThis auction features 200+ firearms\, Randall knives\, hunting and collector knives\, ammunition\, and more. \nClick HERE for the Entire Online Catalog\n  \nThis auction will be conducted virtually online. Bidders will be able to listen to the auctioneer on the computer or phone and bid online. There is no in-person bidding on site the day of the auction.\nPlease visit one of the 2 previews to inspect the firearms in person. All bids will be submitted online or via absentee bids.\nEpic Auctions and Estate Sales\, LLC is a licensed FFL dealer. \n– All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473.\n– NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL firearms unless you have a FFL.\n– Michigan CPL’s no longer exempt buyers from the NICS Check per a letter issued by the ATF on March 3\, 2020.\n– Trigger locks will be available. \n– Out of state buyers who pass their NICS check will be able to take their long guns home with them\, but handguns will be shipped to an FFL dealer of your choice in your state. \n– All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do not guarantee the make\, model\, caliber\, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun.\n– Tax exempt Michigan buyers must provide us with Michigan Sales Tax Form 3372 prior to the auction.  \n\nAUCTION TERMS: 20% buyer’s premium for online and absentee bidders. All online purchases will be charged to your credit card on file at the end of the auction. No payments at pickup. Online Pickup will be MONDAY and TUESDAY April 24 & 25 in LESLIE\, MI 49251. There will be no pickups of online purchases on the day of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.\nAUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Online purchases can NOT be picked up until Monday or Tuesday after the auction. Online signup link will be provided along with your paid invoice within 24 hours after the auction.
