We are offering this online only auction to assist in settling the estate of the former owner and to prepare for the auction of a home in Elberta, a home in Frankfort, and a vacant 5-acre parcel in Beulah. Those auctions will be posted later in July.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: There is NO SHIPPING for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION on Saturday, July 11, 2020. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups will not be permitted due to the current restrictions. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THAT DAY ONLY. The home MUST be empty that day to prepare for the real estate photographer. Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We charge $1 per box if you need boxes.
AUCTION TERMS: A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
