AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: There is NO SHIPPING for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION on Saturday, July 25, 2020. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups will not be permitted due to the current Covid restrictions. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THAT DAY ONLY. The home MUST be empty that day to prepare for the closing. Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We charge $1 per box if you need boxes.
